Domestic Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of all orders. All orders are shipped on Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

•Refund/Return Policy

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, there will be No refunds and No exchanges. ALL SALES ARE  FINAL. Should you receive a damaged item please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage & email to ThePynkKloset@Yahoo.Com, along with a description & your order number. For out of stock items a gift card will Be given in the amount of the damaged item. For defective items shipping will be take care of by The Pynk Kloset LLC.
